Automatic Plumb Line System – Model EPR-01S
The EPR-01S plumb line system is a high-precision automatic monitoring instrument designed to measure rotation, tilt, and relative displacement in large civil engineering structures such as concrete and masonry dams, high-rise buildings, nuclear facilities, and underground caverns.

System Overview
The EPR-01S automatic readout unit forms the core of the system. It incorporates two orthogonal, contactless inductive sensors that measure the pendulum wire’s position in both X and Y directions with 0.01 mm accuracy.
These sensors can read existing in-situ pendulum installations — only a target needs to be attached to the pendulum wire for compatibility with the EPR-01S system.
The system supports both normal (downward-hanging) and inverted (upward-hanging) plumb line configurations, making it adaptable for monitoring displacement in various parts of a structure.
An integrated temperature gauge provides reference data for thermal compensation, and an auxiliary transducer automatically compensates for any wire rotation, ensuring uncompromised measurement precision.
All data can be transmitted to a remote data acquisition system or cloud-based monitoring platform, enabling real-time observation and analysis of structure behavior.
