Description
Wireless Tilt Meter – Model ESDL-30MT
The ESDL-30MT wireless tilt meter is a compact, fully integrated system that combines a uniaxial or biaxial MEMS tilt sensor with an SDI-12 digital datalogger inside a single waterproof enclosure.
It is designed for precise monitoring of tilt and angular deformation in a wide range of geotechnical and structural applications, including buildings, bridges, dams, retaining walls, tunnels, embankments, and slopes.
The ESDL-30MT is a stand-alone monitoring unit, requiring no external controller. It offers low power consumption, a wide operating temperature range, and multiple communication options for reliable data acquisition under all environmental conditions.
System Overview
The tilt meter continuously records angular changes (tilt) with high accuracy and stores all readings along with timestamp and battery voltage in the internal non-volatile memory of the datalogger.
Data can be automatically transmitted to a remote server or PC via GSM/GPRS or other available telemetry options, enabling real-time monitoring and analysis.
Each unit is factory-calibrated and supplied with mounting accessories for horizontal or vertical installation. The robust IP-rated housing protects the sensor and electronics from dust, moisture, and temperature extremes, ensuring long-term stability.
