Description
Tilt & Beam Sensor System – Models EAN-91M and EAN-93M
The Encardio-rite Model EAN-91M is a versatile MEMS-based tilt meter that can be mounted directly on a wall or structural surface for precise monitoring of inclination and rotation.
For extended monitoring applications, the sensor can also be mounted on an aluminum beam (available in 1 m, 2 m, or 3 m lengths) to function as a beam sensor, enabling measurement of differential movement, deflection, and deformation in structures such as retaining walls, tunnels, bridges, and foundations.
The Model EAN-93M (box-type) complements the system as a compact digital tilt meter featuring an SDI-12 digital interface. This allows multiple sensors to be connected through a single bus cable to a compact automatic datalogger, such as the Encardio-rite ESDL-30, for real-time monitoring and data management.
Together, the EAN-91M and EAN-93M provide a cost-effective, modular solution for structural and geotechnical tilt and deflection monitoring, combining precision MEMS sensing, digital networking, and long-term reliability.
