Despite having logged only 100 operational hours, the forklift became completely inoperable due to a software malfunction triggered by voltage shortage during battery charging.
Key challenges included:
- Multiple unsuccessful repair attempts by various vendors over 7 years
- Lack of local Toyota technical support
- Expired international warranty
- Extremely high logistics costs for overseas repair
- Estimated shipping cost to Dubai: USD 9,000 each way
