System Overview
The EAN-90M tilt meter employs a high-precision MEMS sensor housed inside a stainless steel enclosure, hermetically sealed using electron beam welding under a vacuum of 0.001 Torr (1/1000 Torr).
This manufacturing technique eliminates oxidation, moisture ingress, and long-term drift, ensuring exceptional stability and repeatability.
The tilt meter can be mounted on vertical or horizontal surfaces using an adjustable bracket and anchor system. Any structural movement changes the instrument’s inclination, resulting in a proportional change in the voltage output.
Successive readings allow users to track deformation trends and detect permanent displacement over time.
