The TCB Total Station Control Box is an advanced hardware–software solution developed by Encardio-rite for real-time 3D geodetic deformation monitoring using automatic or robotic total stations (ATS). The system provides continuous, high-accuracy displacement data from optical prism targets, enabling engineers to monitor structural or geotechnical movement with precision unmatched in the industry.
The TCB integrates seamlessly with robotic total stations to create a fully automated 24×7 monitoring network, capable of remote operation and real-time data acquisition. It provides dense measurement coverage, wireless transmission, and automatic data logging directly to a centralized database or cloud server.
This intelligent control box ensures timely detection of structural movements, allowing early warning, performance assessment, and risk mitigation for critical assets such as dams, tunnels, slopes, bridges, and buildings.
