Description
Dynamic Strain Gauge – Model EDS-40D
The EDS-40D weldable strain gauge is a high-precision dynamic strain sensor engineered for monitoring fast or cyclic strain variations in steel and concrete structures.
With its high-frequency response and robust stainless-steel construction, the gauge provides reliable measurement of dynamic stress and vibration in bridges, tunnels, cranes, pipelines, and heavy civil engineering applications.
The sensor is electron-beam welded to ensure complete hermetic sealing and long-term stability under harsh field conditions. It can be arc-welded or bonded to the structure’s surface and is compatible with most dynamic data acquisition systems.
