System Overview
The EAN-92M tilt meter incorporates a precision MEMS sensor integrated with advanced on-board electronics, housed inside a stainless steel enclosure that is hermetically sealed by electron-beam welding under a vacuum of 1/1000 Torr.
This manufacturing process eliminates oxidation, moisture ingress, and long-term drift, ensuring excellent resolution and repeatability.
The instrument can be mounted on vertical or horizontal surfaces using an adjustable bracket and anchor system.
As structural movement occurs, the change in inclination is converted to a proportional digital output.
The system provides continuous or periodic readings, allowing engineers to track deformation trends and identify permanent structural displacements over time.
The EAN-92M is fully compatible with the Encardio-rite ESDL-30 compact wireless datalogger, enabling automated data collection, storage, and wireless transmission to a central server or cloud platform.
